The CAVIAR Research Group Quality of Life in Architecture is collaborating with the Directorate of Territorial Planning and Urban Agenda of the Basque Government in the implementation of the Center of Excellence CI+IRU, Center for Research and Innovation in Urban Regeneration, whose main objective is to promote and develop strategies for the transfer of scientific excellence in the field of sustainable cities to promote strategic projects.
The 3rd International Seminar CI+IRU 2023 is part of this initiative, to give continuity to the synergies and meeting points emerged in the two previous editions -2021 and 2022- and contribute to the growth and consolidation of the collaboration network initiated through the shared experience of the agents of excellence involved in Urban Regeneration projects related to sustainable cities of the 21st century.
